Stevie Wonder Filed For Divorce To 11 year old

It is a very longtime period that they want to break up. Steve Wonder, 62, wants to leave her wife, fashion designer Kai Millard Morris after their 11 years of marriage, TMZ reports.

He had also separated three year ago and the pair has two sons Kailand, 10, and Mandla, 7, together but now he decided to leave her permanently as he filed for divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court using his legal name: Stevland Morris.

In the court divorce papers, Wonder requested to joint custody of the children in return for paying spousal and child support.

The pair can negotiate a different arrangement if both parties agree. But the court will take 50-50 decision for both following their no mutual agreement.

Community property law only applies to funds earned while the couple was living together with intent to remain married. Since Wonder and Morris split in 2009, any assets they received since then could be up for grabs.

There was no indication of how much of Wonder’s multi-million dollar fortune, Morris would be entitled to. Wonder first married to Motown singer Syreeta Wright in 1970 and divorced after two years and have seven children in total.
