A sailor who accused John Travolta for prostitution harassment is now suing Pulp Fiction star for assault. Fabian Zanzi is claiming now the incident that took place when he worked as a service operator at Royal Caribbean International in 2009 and made a delivery to the actor’s stateroom.
The TMZ reported Saturday that Mr Zanzi says he was then forcefully embraced by the devout Scientologist, who told him he was “beautiful” and “take me, I will take care of you, please.”
The worker, Zanzi, who born in Chile, suing for unspecified damages, says he resisted, and then Travolta promised with him to give $12k to keep silent. It reported previously that the he never described many of the details when he made way to cruise ship management for complaint, and he now claims that he didn’t allow him to write any details about prostitution and adult relations.
The “Grease” star has disagreed Zianzi’s legal claims on Monday as his latest movie Savages, an Oliver Stone thriller co-staring Benicio Del Toro and Blake Lively, was scheduled to premiere in Los Angeles.

Mr Zanzi says he was then forcefully embraced by the devout Scientologist, who told him he was “beautiful” and “take me, I will take care of you, please.”
“This is another ludicrous lawsuit with inane claims,” the New York Daily reported the actor’s lawyer Marty Singer as he saying in a statement, “It is obvious that Mr. Zanzi and his lawyers are looking for their 15 minutes of fame.”
Singer has seized upon the lack of a written documentation. “In his handwritten report three years ago, the only physical contact he claimed occurred was allegedly touching my client’s neck,” Singer revealed.
“The inappropriate conduct he alleges in his lawsuit is absent from his written report he submitted at the time. That glaring omission speaks volumes,” he added. But the Singer is still questioned the worker that why he continued work for Royal Caribbean more than a year while he alleged mistreatment by his superiors.
“Now, after waiting three years, and after getting paid to tell his story to the media, Mr. Zanzi has filed this absurd lawsuit,” Singer said.
