The duchess of Cambridge put the McQueen onto the Queen’s Jubilee river pageant celebration today with her striking red dress. At the royal barge for the journey down the Thames in the £1,195 frock from the Alexander McQueen’s Autumn 2011 collection.
Kate copies Kim Kardashian, who wore the dress in New York last year and Tulsia, who put the same dress at the X Factor Auditions.
The three are dazzling in same gowns, but who was wore best for the different events at the different intervals of the time.

Kim Kardashian insists on pouring her hourglass curves into designs approximately three sizes too small-Tulisa is more of a tropical-print, thigh-skimming dress lover while fame-ravenous – Kate can take some comfort in the fact that her bespoke outfit features long sleeves and a slightly more regal length than her TV wannabes.
Kate wore this dress for twice occasions in the past year since it made its debut on the spring/summer 2011 catwalk back in February 2010.
The original Alexander McQueen was sorter and sleeveless than the one Late wore at the royal barge today. The three super models looks so beautiful as they wore same style of dress and made a competition between the audience to decide that who wore the best.
And let’s not forget the accoutrements – an immaculately co-ordinated Sylvia Fletcher for James Lock & Co hat and those trusty LK Bennett nude courts (yes, we all know those off by heart now) – both of which elevate the dress to royal realms.
